Our Respite Care Short Term Assisted Living allows our residents to maintain a level of independence with the security of knowing they have medical staff available should the need arise. Apartments are available for either short term or long term residency and include three meals daily, weekly housekeeping, laundry, activities and support personnel.

In addition to our list of Respite Care amenities, we also offer Complimentary Transportation to business and pre-scheduled medical appointments (within a 10 mile radius) and Complimentary Uncovered Parking (covered and golf cart parking are available).

Our facility also boasts a Heated Swimming Pool and an On-Site Physician’s Clinic.

Resort Style Respite Care Amenities

Our Short Term Assisted Living apartments offer all the luxury, amenities, leisure activities and security you’re looking for – all for one very affordable price.  With elegant dining options and a growing list of resort style amenities, we are certain that you will feel right at home in our cozy little retirement community.

Although, you may only be staying a short time with us, the daily rate includes all of our Assisted Living resort style amenities below plus:

  • Flexibility for a short stay for recuperation
  • A fully furnished apartment, television, basic cable, and local phone service

For those moments when you need a little peace of mind that someone is there when you need them, we offer 24-hour licensed nurse supervision for our assisted living residents to provide assistance with medication, bathing, grooming and dressing.

Three Meals per Day – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner – you will never go hungry with our delicious meals prepared by in our in-house chef.  We offer a variety of meal plans server each and every day in an elegant dining setting.

We offer a variety of concierge services including complimentary transportation to business and pre-scheduled medical appointments and complimentary uncovered parking.  A private mailbox is also provided for each resident.

With the exception of telephone and internet, all utilities are included. Basic Cable TV package is included.

No more house cleaning.  We provide weekly routine housekeeping with an annual deep clean of each residence.  Each resident also has access to unlimited complimentary use of laundry facilities and flat linen laundry service is provided.

With activities coordinated daily, we have a variety of programs to keep you busy and entertained throughout each day.  Our Events Calendar is updated monthly and include scheduled activities and planned social and recreational events.

Your physical health and safety is important.  Our professional staff can provide on-site rehabilitation and skilled nursing as needed giving you peach of mind to go about your daily activities.

At Sun Towers Retirement and Rehabilitation Community, we offer a wide variety of floor plans to meet any taste and budget.  You can choose from 9 different floor plans.  Each offering  a unique style of living.  From smaller studio living areas to larger one and two bedroom options, we have a floor plan that will suit your needs.
