Resort Style Assisted Living
Assisted Living allows our residents to maintain a level of independence with the security of knowing they have medical staff available should the need arise. Apartments are available for either short term or long term residency and include three meals daily, weekly housekeeping, laundry, activities and support personnel.
Our Assisted Living residents enjoy the same quality amenities, activities, and lifestyle choices as our Independent Living residents, along with additional assistance provided by our caring and experienced staff.
Studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom two-bath models are designed with our residents in mind. Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call light system and wellness checks are performed according to each resident’s personal care needs.
Our Assisted Living program is complete with meals, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, activities, outings, and supportive levels of care appropriate to the individual. On-going assessments assure our residents are receiving the proper care.
Our Assisted Living services include:
- Assistance with monitoring medications
- Assistance with showers
- Assistance to meals
- Personal Laundry service
- Bed Making
- Assistance with dressing and grooming in the morning and evening
Sun Towers also offers short-term respite stays for those times where you might need support after a hospital visit or care while your loved one is away. Whether you are seeking a mini vacation or are in need of short term rehabilitation, our Respite Care apartments are available to meet your individual needs.
Respite Care includes all Assisted Living services in a fully furnished apartment at an affordable daily rate.
When transitioning from the hospital to home, be sure to consider Sun Towers’ respite services as an option for safety and peace of mind.

In addition to our list of Assisted Living amenities, we also offer Complimentary Transportation to business and pre-scheduled medical appointments (within a 10 mile radius) and Complimentary Uncovered Parking (covered and golf cart parking are available). Our facility also boasts a Heated Swimming Pool and an On-Site Physician’s Clinic.
Small pets are always welcome at Sun Towers.

With elegant dining options and a growing list of resort style amenities, we are certain that you will feel right at home in our cozy little retirement community.
For those moments when you need a little peace of mind that someone is there when you need them, we offer 24-hour licensed nurse supervision for our assisted living residents to provide assistance with medication, bathing, grooming and dressing.
